I'm trying to install student resource advantage programs. When I put the disks in, a "director player" error pops up. When I had home edition I did not have this problem. But since I changed to professional edition, I am unable to use these programs. Can you help me?

The error maybe beacause professional edition system, The person using the program may not have proper permissions to the program files on the workstation. To determine if this is the cause, log on to the workstation as an administrative user. An administrative user is a user that has full privileges to all files and folders on the workstation. Log on to the application which caused the error. If the error no longer occurs, the user does not have enough permissions to run the program. Contact your systems administrator to request that all users be given read and write permissions to the Larson's program folder on the workstation.
