Is there an obtainable software package that's good for digitizing drawings? I have a scanner, but I need something that keeps the drawing from having a million different colors for the seemingly same shade. I know some cartoons are done this way, and some comic strips. (The drawings are shaded in slightly with a colored pencil, the computer detects it and fills the whole area one color. Plus, the outline is purely black, no minor variations of shading.) This would be EXTREMELY handy for more than one of my projects.
