Coverting video to WMA

I’ve tried to convert video files to WMA with both Erightsoft and the programme AVS video converter (http://www.softspecialist.com/AVS-Video...) but the same blue screen appears each time I start the conversion and my pc automatically restarts. Any help will be appreciated.
