I received a photo on a Microsoft Word document. How can I extract the picture and make it a .jpg file?

Select the photo in MS Word and jit CTRL-C to copy it. Ten paste into your favorite image editing software and save as jpg. Youcan use Paint if you dano't have anything else.

A good freeware picture editor is XNVIEW. Google for it.
