Sorry if this has come up before. Ran search's but didnt come up with much. New to video/dvd and want to burn some vids to dvd for a local vets group. They are in wmv and the burning program, nero, wont recognise them. Are their any decent free convertors out there? Wont do this much so dont want to invest in software if possible. any help will be greatly appreciated. Merry Christmas everyone.

NeroVision should open WMV files, mine does.
If for some reason Nero can't open it, try using Windows Movie Maker to re-save the movie file as an AVI and try Nero with that.

Actually just use windows movie maker to make your vid and them burn a disc from the program itself.
