Specs: Windows 7
my computer has saved in my pictures random stuff like ad banners and arrow buttons, as well as anything I've clicked to see. Its filling up my memory. I have like 22,000 things I don't want. How do I stop this?

"Its filling up my memory" I assume you mean hard disk space.

Have you been saving webpages - that's what they sound like? Are they in sub-folders of Pictures?

Could be a virus although the symptoms are a bit unusual.
Try these two freebies and see what they find in their logs:

This runs directly from the downloaded file (no install). Save the download somewhere and double click it. Use Scan and then Clean - it will remove any undesirable toolbars.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

By 'saved in my pictures' do you mean the stuff is actually added to your pictures or do you mean this other junk is being saved in your pictures folder as separate files?

It does sound like web pages. If you were to look at the gif and jpg pictures in your temporary internet files (TIF) folder you would get a lot of banners and arrow pictures. You might try deleting those TIF files using 'internet options' and see if they go away. Maybe they're being saved in the wrong place.
