compressing videos for web viewing

I am trying to compress a video that I want to put on a web page. This video was edited with final cut pro software. The software I m using for compressing is cleaner 6. Basically I m want to reduce the video files to the smallest size without compromising the quality too much. What is the best settings to use in cleaner 6? Hello

i've not used cleaner 6 but u can convert u'r video to wmv or divx format if u need quality & small size. Check your site's google Page Rank here
