I am trying to compress a video that I want to put on a web page. This video was edited with final cut pro software. The software I m using for compressing is cleaner 6. Basically I m want to reduce the video files to the smallest size without compromising the quality too much. What is the best settings to use in cleaner 6?

That's a matter of personal preference. You will have to experiment and see what you are satisfied with.
