Any suggestions please?

Have a video camera with composite output. Require, that at the touch of a (on/off?) switch to store this output on a pen drive.
Video can then be viewed later on home pc or wherever.
Ideally any hardware involved should be compact and preferably powered by 12 volts or less, such that it may be used in a vehicle.
Am based in London, UK - Thanks.

USB Pen Drive is a Clent device, USB requires both Host and Client in a setup.

Therefore you need a Laptop and a "Cigar Lighter to Mains Adaptor".

To capture the composite output would look at a KWorld DVD Maker, but check specs as requires USB2 and a P4 CPU:
