If you just want to increase the size, click open file...image size...and increase the width...the heighth will follow along proportionaly. Is that what you wanted to accomplish ?
I wonder what'll happen if I do this ?

Hi,
If you go to image/image size and then change the Document resolution to 200DPI , that may be what you are looking for...let me know if that's what you are looking for.Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

If you didn't create the image at 200 dpi, increasing the dpi isn't going to work. It will increase the size of the picture but the resolution will still be at the lower rate and isn't going to look good at all. You need to start from scratch and make sure you set the resolution before you create an image.

Absolutely. If it's a vector graphic, you're in business... if it's raster art, it may be of a style that is easily converted to vector-- you could blow it up building size that way.
