I'm looking for a program that can draw cel-shaded graphics or convert drawings to cel-shaded graphics like the ones in insaniquarium deluxe. (I can shade drawings on my own, but these are different. My graphics look more homemade and the outlines are pixely instead of smooth.) Or at least a technique for drawing these. I want to be able to put these types of graphics in my video games.
