Looking for a program that will capture what's on the screen.
Like FRAPS will capture what's on the screen and save it as an avi file.
Only 5mins of capture by fraps results in a 2gb file, rediculous.
Or I need to make the avi file a LOT smaller.
I'm googling but just not putting the right words in yet.

AVI is quite naturally large... I would take the avi and convert to mpeg2 (a pretty standard format). You will lose a bit of quality in the conversion, but then that's why avi is so large to begin with.

Converting to Xvid or Divx (MPEG4) will reduce it even more.
