Hi everyone. I have tried on many different computers to open some of my archived Jpeg files. They aren't corrupt. I just can't open them. I tried all different software programs but no luck. As luck would have it the 3 photos I need are the only ones that don't open. Please help me

I have ran into a few images that I couldn't see as thumbnails and couldn't see with some programs. I had to use image editing software (Ulead's Photo Impact) to resave the files. Not sure what was wrong.
If these photos are not of a personal nature you can email them to me and I will try to open, resave, and send them back to you.

Some other thoughts.
Are they compressed or encrypted?
If you right click on the file name do you get an option to extract?
is the file extension .jpg?

For a Jpg image I would expect to see the values of FF D8 FF E0 nn nn 4A 46 49 46 (nn values will vary with image size) at the start of the file. The values of your file does not match any of the common File Signature that I know of. Maybe someone else will recognize it.
If the images can't be reproduced and are important enough, data recovery may be an option.
Sorry I couldn't help.
