Can't open JPG

Ho there,
I have got a jpg i can't open. it opens fine in Photo Shop, but not in office picture manager or windows picture and fax viewer. Another pc got the same problem, but the gil sitting next to me, can open it without any problems? HELP PLEASE!

Let me try using my psychic abilities here...
You are in a classroom setting and you have all downloaded this jpeg file from a server. On two machines, the file won't open with the default viewer, while other machines open the file without problems.
If the above is basically the situation, the file may have become corrupted while being downloaded onto the two problem machines. Try downloading the file again.
Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

Well apart from the classroom, you are pretty close! The file was attached in a mail, 2 pc's can't open it, but if we forward it to a 3rd pc, she can open it without any problems. I can open the file in Photo shop, but now the viewer or office picture manager??? Anyone?

Open it in photoshop and re-save it as bmp or as jpg again.
