My Canon Mark 111 seems to have locked up. Despite having a fresh battery, I keep getting an error 20. I've replaced the battery, turned the camera off and on to only to get the message again. I cannot bring up the menu of the Info screen. I just purchased the camera only to find that I must have done something wrong as I was able to capture a few practice shots. Please help

Error 20 typically indicates an electro-mechanical problem with the shutter. That shouldn't happen on a new pro-level camera. If you just bought it, return it for an exchange. If the shop won't exchange it, contact Canon and report the problem - it's got a 2-year guarantee.
