what camera is it (Make & Model)?
Did you check your lense to see if it had smudges on it?
More info would be great

I've never heard of rechargeables doing damage when they run out

Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

I'd guess either the lens is dirty or there is a problem with the CCD. The former you can fix the later you cannot.

could be a problem with the auto focus on it or could be a problem with the CCD as stated above. Does it look smuged on the camera's screen or just after whwn is on your comuter..does it have a viewfinder? if so, how does it look through that. I'm tryign to establish if the problem is in the lense or the camera itself.

No offense, but the company that produces that camera is not exactly a market leader. And a quick look at their website does not show a very "polished" presentation.

That's not to say that they don't produce quality products, but I would guess most of their products are of the budget variety.

Oh, and also, it doesnt have an eye thing to look threw, just a screen. And the screen looks like a blurr, also how can i figured out if it is the CCD or autofocus and how can i fix it?

Something else just happened i put in a memory card thing to see if other pictures that were taken by another camera were blurry, they werent. But i tryied to play a movie, and a bunch of it frooze, and a bunch of colored lines popped up.

If the problem is with the CCD or autofocus, there is probably nothing you can do to fix it. Hopefully the product is still under warranty and you can send it in for a replacement.

Hello, I am not sure if this is true with your camera, but Sony the maker of 80-90% of CCDs has a recall of bad CCC made of plastic. They are replacing the CCD free of charge. They fixed my Minolta A1 as it has a Sony CCD. I hope this is the case for your camera. http://www.imaging-resource.com/bad... Good Luck

The first thing I'd check is the focus control. The Auto Focus may be turned off. It could be set on manual focus (if the camera has that.) Also check to see if macro focus is accidently turned on.

Another thing to notice is, are you covering the auto focus sensor with your hand or finger?
