Can you create separate folders within a camcorder HDD? Just purchased this: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ... And I was wondering with the super large hard drive if I can create folders just as I normally would on a computer (I want one for video and one for photos)
Most digital cameras and camcorders create their own folder structure on the storage media, which means it then knows where to "look" for the various files when required. If you start adding your own folders and putting files into them (even assuming that was possible) the camera might not be able to find them for replay, so I would advise against it for that reason.
Otherwise, i suggest you consult the instruction manual.
