I'm not quite sure what you are asking. Photoshop doesn't put borders in unless you put them in yourself.

what i meen is, the white lines surrounding the photos, when you print.

You need to either get a printer that has boarderless capabilities (not very common) or you will need to cut down the printed piece.

I use an Epson R200 printer ( $79.99 at Sam's Club) which prints great borderless photos as well as directly onto CD's or DVD's. Another great feature of this printer is that it uses 6 seperate color cartridges which you can replace one at a time as they are used up. You can also get generic ink for it on Ebay for less than 1/3 of the price and it works great!
