I am running a optiplex gx150 with 996 Mhz p3. 512 mb of ram a 256 mb nvidia graphics card and two hard drives master is 40GB and the slave is 10Gb. My problem is that when i try to use nero to view or burn avi. files that the picture is glitchy and color is messed up. and sometimes you can see the mouths moveing be for you hear them talking. I have nero 8 installed. this problem happens with nero 7 and 8. i really like this software and i never had this problem with any of the other computers that i had in the past. ive tryied different codecs. with i may have no set it up right. and i dont really have the movie to buy any other burning programs like nero were i can view and burn the video with costum menus ,ect. i use vlc media to watch movies in avi. but that just more software to take up room on my little hard drive and this pc is to slow to convert the avi. file. takes long enough just to burn them. Oh nero plays dvds perfect and backs them up perfect. PLEASES if anyone had this problem before or has any ideas. im open to them..thanks for taking the time to read this. hope to hear from everyone..
