Hello:

I need to get the audio from a video file. Preferably in WAV or MP3 format. If anybody knows of any program that can do this, please let me know.

If the file will open with Windows Movie Maker you can do it with that.

Open the file in WMM, and then drag it into the Audio/Music section.

Then click file, save movie, name and save. It will save the audio portion as a WAV file.
