Hi, I have a video in which there is conversation between two people. But to suppress the conversation an musical audio file is added later. How can i remove that added audio to hear the conversation.

With great difficulty Im afraid. YOu would need to firstly demux the audio/video into separate streams, then load up the audio file into and editior and filter out frequencies to isolate the conversation. You could also try getting hold of the exact music track that is being played in the background, invest the phase then layer it over the top ..efeectively masking the unwated audio.
Good luck
