Hey Everyone....gotta question. I've connected my computer to a TV by an S-video cable but the picture on the TV is shorter in the horizontal plane. How do I fix this problem in Windows XP? Thanks, -Norman

Most current televisions are designed with a little over 480 lines of horizontal resolution (especially if it's a tube). The card is probably outputing exactly 480 lines. You might have some video output setup options on the card you can adjust. You can double click the card's icon next to the clock and get into the adjustment settings.

Oh, yah...first you might want to check the video card output properties. It could be outputing widescreen on the s-video. Although, if you installed default options, I don't see why it would do that.
