Specs: Windows 7

"Press CTRL-ALT-DEL and open Task Manager. Once there, click File, then hold down the CTRL key and click New Task (Run). This will open a Command Prompt window. Enter REGEDIT.exe and press Enter. then it will also open ina windows media player.. then what shell i do?

I would avoid going to regedit at this stage. "Where you get that information from?

EXE troubles are often initiated by a virus.
