Any time I am editing an mpeg file in premiere 6.5, the PC will not edit on the fly (PC hangs between frames) and when I go to create the movie, it either takes many hours or PC locks up. My CPU usage is maxed out, but my ram is not. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
