Hi aceisaneight.

I don't have a book to recommend but I think you should check out the following website.

http://www.retouchpro.com/

This website is fantastic for picking up tips for any imaging software.

Click on forums to see a list of different forums. You can ask others what books they recommend.

They also have a section called Challenges where people post photos that need saving and anyone can try their hand at fixing the photos and posting the results.

The people who post the fixed photos also give a step by step on how they fixed it.

You can learn a lot.

If you get stuck trying to fix one of your own photos just post it over there and the others will try their hand at it and tell you how they did it.

They have a section called Tutorials and another called Gallery.

You can save any of the pictures to your hard drive and practice on them. You don't have to post your results if you don't want to.

Registration to the site is free. You don't have to register unless you want to post or see the photos that others have fixed.

From the FAQs section -

Do I have to register?

No. The only reason to register is to post or upload. You'll also want to register if you want to view attachments in the forums. It also unlocks a few other features, but you can access everything on the site without registering.

Take care,

Linda
