I was wondering how to get Adobe Illustrator 10 to notice japanese characters. i'm trying to copy and paste it into the program but it wont recgonize them.

Do you have the fonts that support those characters. If you are copying from a website, I don't think the "font pack" that is installed from those sites are meant for use outside IE.

Yeah from a website. How would you suggest i download those fonts? i can't really find any that are free online.
