I need to add a caption or readily visible watermark to some short video clips. It should appear on every frame. How can I do this? Is there a simple program I can get? Thanks, Tom

An editing program can put the overlay over the whole length of you video.

Is there a reasonably priced or shareware program I could use? I don't need to do anything else to these clips. All I am trying to do is make excerpts from the main clips, with the main clips' titles on them.
