Specs: Windows 7, Dual Core 2.8Ghz
My USB External Hard drive and Flash stick works on other laptops and desktops but when i put them on my desktop it gives me the error "USB Not Reckonised" I tried other flash sticks and hard drives they do not read aswell

Try formatting the USB stick by inserting it into your desktop, going to My Computer to view all the drives, right click on the Drive with the USB stick (make sure it's the right one) and click on Format. Unckeck "Quick Format" and then Start.

Good day,

I've tried formtting both my external and my usb flash sticks but on my workstaion it does not pick them up. i've tried them on four other computers and they work pefectly. Could it be that maybe after the techician did not re-insert my USB cables correctly when he installed my card reader? As this problem only occurred after he installed a card reader.
