After much downloading/uninstalling... I've been sent over a HD with lots of good movies/hdtv. I can view most (even the MKV stuff) but cannot get a half decent picture for MPEG2 HDTV stuff copied using a pinnacle card. I don't have a pinnacle card on my PC and have downloaded a few drivers but to no avail. Can't get a pinnacle player either. Also the files are all over a gig and they cause 100% cpu usage in explorer; was advised to modify regedit but the relevent location/'script' wasn't there on my pc!! I'm a bit of a beginner... Anyone help? I've tried loads of forums and spent hours on the net. Stuck in rural France with no TV!!!! Cheers.
