Video input card with component?

Anyone know or recomend a good video input card I can use that has component.
I've found a lot but most of them either have composite and s-video. I'm not too bothered if it actually has a tv tuner on the card or not, though I suppose it'd be okay if it does (seems like most of these video input cards do anyway unless I've been looking in the wrong place).
The thing is I want to hook my old brick of a PS2 up to my computer monitor via the PC, and I have some extra component cables for it laying around to get the best picture quality out of it.

Thanks. There is one thing though, how exactly would something like that work? Wouldn't I need a video input on my graphics cards to plug it into? Only, I don't have input on my card. That box wouldn't be what I was looking for anyway though because it doesn't have component input one like it with component would be okay though provided it does connect to the computer some other way.

The link I gave is for a "Connect to PC Monitor" Box, no PC needed at all......

Oh. I think I'd prefer a PCI card instead of an external box in that case then, it would save the hassle of sorting out the monitor cable.
