Strange Sound Through PC Speakers

Good morning.
When cell phone calls come in not just in our office but, nearby we get a sound coming through our system speakers that is very annoying.
Not everyone's computer in our office has this problem.
Anyone know of why this happens exactly and more importantly how to solve the issue if there is a way?

Look for anywhere where any audio cable is looped around in a bundle.
