Samsung D5700 bluray player does not play Netflix intstant movies. It played them perfectly for months and then when I loaded and used Blockbuster application the Netflix one did not work again. I called Netflix and Samsung and they tried to help but everything tried did not help. Netflix suggested that I get a new bluray player as they knew of problems with them playing Netflix. I looked on the web and tried everything to fix it and did not have any luck. The last posting I read said to try to go to smart hub and press a blue button and then go to details. The Netflix ENS number included D670 instead of D570. That apparently is the problem and I cannot change it back. I tried resetting and downloading software and it would not change. I can authorize the device and then try to play a movie but then it says it cannot play the movie right now and then resets. Any ideas?
