I had the same problem as most of you regarding my Netflix it works for months than just stop. I call Netflix they walked me through deactivate my device however I must have did it 20 times it still did not stop the message . That says can’t watch pick another title but each title same message. So after research I found the best way was to take the Blu-ray back to factory settings. AND YES IT DID WORK I GOT MY NETFLIX BACK ON TRACK. Here is how you must stand in front of your Blu-ray and hit the stop button for more than 5 seconds. Then it will take you to the set-up mode go through the set-up and then get your activation code than you are good to go. GOOD LUCK.
