You have to put a memory card into the memory card slot on the photo frame, otherwise there is nowhere to copy the photo files to.

Your computer will not recognize the photo frame as a storage device if you don't put a memory card in it.

Incidentally, I think you posted the wrong model number. There is no Q5770 model that I can find. There is a QS770 here: http://www.reddmango.com/scripts/li...

I think you may have typed a "5" instead of an "S".

Did you put a photo file onto the memory card (from your PC)?
If you then plug in the card into the photo frame it should see it.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

OK - understood.

Go to Computer from start button - you should see your drives.
Then plug in the Picture Frame and see if a new drive appears.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Have you read this manual?:
http://www.reddmango.com/scripts/li...

I saw mention of using a camera card on it, so I wonder if there is a hidden slot somewhere. Similarly there might be some little switch that causes it to link to your computer (which it doesn't appear to be doing right now).

Wade through that lot and see if you can unearth some secrets. Otherwise I can delve further but I don't know that particular frame so am not in a much better situation than yourself.

Let us know how you get on.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
