I have this radeon 9200...its kinda crappy i know but i see it has the capability to put your computer desktop on your television...How do you do that?

simply connect your television to the correct place on your GFX card... either using s-video (looks a bit like a mouse/keyboard port) or composite video (looks like the aux audio ports on devices but it is yellow). Beware tho the picture quality is not great at best... unless you have a half decent tv.
