Hi everybody...
I have been searching for a program or a way I can protect my music from being modified.
I make a lot of music and some of my songs I want to upload to some sites but I dont want people to download them just to put their names as the Creator or Composer..
Is there such a program?

I finished it off..

The only really safe ways are to either not put them up there, use short samples only, or interrupt them in some way.

All anyone has to do is record from their speaker outlets and there is nothing in the way of software you can do to prevent that.

The music industry for years has been looking for ways to avoid having music copied/modified... Same goes for the movie industry. With all the complicated protection devices built in to a dvd, people STILL find a way around it.

This is why they invented copyright laws... so you can sue somebodies pants off if they do copy/modify... and even THIS deterant doesn't work half the time.

DEREK above has the best answer... use short sample only or don't put them up at all.

Short of this... you will have to join the rest of the artists in the industry and get used to your work being copied/modified.
