Panasonic DMR-EX95V record problems

I just bought a Panasonic DMR-EX95V and I tried to copy some VHS footages to DVD. The recorded DVDs can be played on the Panasonic but not on any other DVD-ROMs nor DVD players. I tried also the advanced copy function.
(I used the direct button VHS to DVD (8X discs) with all recording modes: SP, EP.....)
Can somebody help?

Try going to the DVD recorder's DVD menu and select "Finalize" allowing them to be played on other players.
