The gist of it: Got an older computer. I want to use it as a wireless skype terminal. Skype doesn't run correctly on it, and Google Talk doesn't even run. Is there a non-processor intensive VoIP software program that works well on windows 98? Yea, I know windows 98 is ancient. Yea, I know I should upgrade. (Ye can either keep yer trap shut, or buy me another small laptop fast enough to run XP) But this little computer is perfect as a skype unit, and it runs 98. I know that voice chat will always require quite a bit of processor usage, but is there anything not quite so bloated as skype? I wish there were one that was compatible with skype, so my friend doesn't have to have another account, but I know this hasn't happened yet. Arigato Gozaimasu!
