Specs: Windows XP, dual core 2gb ram
hi there i have a 1.5 year old toshiba laptop with a 15" screen and always wanted something a little bigger. so i went out and picked up an LG Flatron 21.5 LCD monitor (W2253V) that was on sale. now my problem is evrything on my new monitor seems kinda streched out from left to right.also the new monitor has an auto set feature for the display and when i press it it says "for optimal display change your resolution to 1920x1080" but i don't see that specific setting under screen resolution options. all it has is: 800x600, 1024x768,1280x1024 <--- set to now, 1600x1200,1920x1440,2048x1536.

what can i do??? please help thanks!
