Nero Won't detect Burner

I was using Nero 8 for a long time burning videos and such, but recently it won't detect my burner. Actually it won't detect my burner in any Nero software but I am sure it still works because i can use other programs to burn data to the dscs. PLEASE HELP

Have you tried to uninstall Nero, turn off your computer, turn it back on and then reinstall Nero? See if that helps and post back...
