I am looking for a stereo receiver where I can set up
the following:

TV Room (2 Front, 1 Center, 2 Rear and Subwoofer)
Kitchen (2 Speakers)
Outdoor (2 Speakers)

Is there a receiver or set that would accommodate the
configuration?

Note that running extremely long speaker wires can cause the final amplifiers in a receiver to burn out. I speak from personal experience.

It might be best to hire a professional for a job that big.
