Hello, I have a Hedy brand mp3 player. Everything works fine except the video. It plays the video verticle on a horizontal screen ... so it doesn't take full advantage of the 1.8 inch screen. So, my question is.. is there anyway to replace the "operating system" or software that runs inside my player? Their website has no type of downloads or upgrades or help for that matter and contacting them doesn't seem to work. Any ideas? Thanks

You cant replace the os nor the software, the only thing you can do is to edit the video..

Hi, thanks for the response. I did edit the video by rotating it and it will still display it incorrectly. I guess my next option is to purchase a better player. Thanks again
