I have a coby MP-c781 MP3 player, and the ID3 tags don't work. I've tried converting them in itunes, but it doesn't help. Do I need a firmware upgrade?

Old school WinAmp had a pretty good set of ID3 tag tools. Looking at some of my MP3s in WinAmp has revealed all kinds of wierd information some times. You might try editing them there.

Who gave you people access to a computer?
