Hi,

I have an Apacer Audio Steno AS820, it was working fine one afternoon. Then the next day when I was trying to use it, all the files disappeared, when I checked it's memory space it had gone from it's original 246MB to 1MB. It works fine except I can't transfer files from the PC and I can't open up my device on the PC and the PC is unable to format it. Can

maybe u should try resetting the mp3 player if it has a reset button?
