Can anyone reccomend me a good software program, that allows me to convert mp3's into wma files, vice versa and has a quick conversion speed rate.

If you convert a compressed format into another format you will eventually end up with mush.

I've currently got software that converts mp3's into WMA's and they still maintain good sound quality. I just want software that allows me to convert WMA's into mp3's
