hello, I am at loss. My Sansa stopped being recognized by all my computers ( two laptops and two pc's) It does however indicates charging in progress when plugged into the USB port. I run window XP professional service pack 3. on all systems. I welcome any suggestion to unload information of the sansa. ? Thanks for your time.
