It is not really the phone that you have to worry about... it is the service provider.

Most cell phones work on the same priciples... some have more bells and whistles... some have slightly better receiving/transmitting systems, But for the most part it is service provider that will make or break a good cell phone system.

Do your homework WELL on the providers in your area.... the best cell phone in the world is no good if your provider does not have the anteena structure to support it.

My wife and I have about the same priced cell phones... hers only works within the City... mine works from one end of Canada to the other... I have a better provider.
