Trident Video Accelerator Blade 3D/ProMedia

I would like if someone could assist me in getting rid of a jerky video. the TRIDENT is intergrated.

I recently installed a ATI Rage 128PRO 32mb PCI video card and is having the same problem.

when viewing some DVD movies or Youtube any video source.. Old CD movies runs smoothly
