My computer seems to detect my ipod shuffle when I plug it into the usb drive(it makes the noise and all) but itunes wont detect it, and the "sync ipod" option under file is grayed out. Also when I click the properties of the drive I have the ipod in it say's "free space 0 bytes & used space 0 bytes" even though it has music on it right now that I can listen to :S it's a real puzzler and has been sucking up my time like crazy, someone please help! (other info: I have the latest version of itunes, and when I plugged in the ipod it said it needed to be converted to windows format or something. But I can't seem to figure out how to do that when itunes won't detect the device)
