The problem I have is a pretty common one, but as common as it is, i never found a solution that really worked. I am trying to sync songs to my ipod nano, when all the sudden i get some message saying that the ipod disk is corrupted and i must run chkdsk. I ran chkdsk G:/f, and it said that one cluster on my ipod was damaged, so i pressed "Y" to let it fix the broken chains. According to chkdsk, the fix was sucessful. But after that, when i tried to sync some songs, i could only sync some songs. I also must drag each song individually which gets pretty annoying. And not every sync is sucessful, some attempts come up with the message saying that the ipod could not be read or written on. My computer detects the ipod fine. if you need more info or some clarification pls say so. Thx!
how do you run chkdsk, because i have the same problem and i dont know what to do. also, my ipod is consistantly freezing on me even after i charge it and it cannot update.
