I have a camera of 4.1 mp . Can I increase the size of JPG pixels using my Pc ? will this even increase the size of photos for studio printouts. !

No, you are stuck with that number of pixels. If you, increase the size of the picture, the image quality will suffer. Only you can decide if the quality is good enough.
Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.

You are limited to "4.1 mp" by the camera.
Make sure that you have the camera set to it's highest available resolution setting to get it's maximum.
